DFW bowling scene
« on: August 19, 2009, 08:08:20 AM »
Might be moving to the Dallas area for the wife's job.  How's the bowling scene there.  Don't know where we'll be moving to, but where might some higher end scratch leagues be?  How about PBA patterns, tournaments, etc?

I'm looking forward to the disc golf scene with some great courses but I haven't been able to find much about bowling other than the individual house websites.

Dallas is turning into a very big bowling scene.  USBC is in the area.  For many years it declined but is rebounding.  Plenty of good area bowlers and a few good tournaments.  The strongest action I can think of is Paul Henderson's tournaments.

Cool I'll look Paul up.  Any specific houses to bowl at?
