So what has everybody been buying lately?
Whats the newest ball that you last bought, & now using in your current arsenal
For me, i got the Hammer Toxic shipped from the US last week (much cheaper) & is now my ball to use after the Snappy Paradigm gets to strong on the 2nd/3rd game.

In the last couple months I've bought a Black Widow, a Jack Daniels Vis-a-Ball, a Lanemasters Buzz, and a Hammer Raw Doom. The Widow and the Buzz are already out the door though.....

Let's see... I drilled up a scorchin inferno, a blue dot, a blue omega, a P43, and a carbide plus in the last couple months.
I got rid of the omega, the carbide plus, and the P43. The omega was a trial (ended up being too heavy for me).
I had no real complaints with the carbide plus, but didn't think I needed it once I bought the scorchin.
The P43 just hooked too much for me.. but my buddy really seems to like it (has shot back to back high 700 sets with it). I ordered a no mercy to replace the P43, but I'm hoping that it will give me a little more length/backend than the P43.
I'm on the fence about keeping the scorchin inferno... It rolls very well and hits hard on the appropriate conditions. For me, this ball really seems to like being thrown "down & in". Its great when there is lots of oil up front and dry on the backends becasue it doesn't seem to over-react down lane.. very smooth reaction. However, I just can't seem to swing this ball at all. It just won't recover on the backend. I think its just the very rolly-acry nature of the activator max cover... I'll probably keep this one for flatter conditions where there is lots of friction at the end of the patterns, but not much on the outsides (something that favors a more direct line).
I love the blue dot. Great color and straight!

The only brand new ball I've bought in three years, I bought about 6 weeks ago, and it is only an Ebonite Tornado Warning.
I've been using 2nd hand equipment, trying different drillings with lots of pin, cg, mb variations until I find a set-up I like.
Then, next year, I am going to use that info to completely re-vamp my arsenal, and for the first time in years, I will have about 7-10 brand new balls. But that is next year after the tax man cometh and bringeth my refund check!

My two new pieces of euipment are a Columbia300 Wrath and a Morich Ravage4 I am impressed with both. The Wrath I have setup with the pin of and between my fingers and the Mass Bias out about 1 inch PAP is at 5 to 5 1/2 inches. Ball Kills the THS and doesn't do to bad on burnt up Sport patterns. Ravage4 would be a beast on the backend but I drilled it with pin on line with my fingers and the Mass Bias UNDERNEATH my thumb hole this makes the ball go long cause the cover is a little weaker but it revs up great and the end of the oil and dsoesn't jump great at the very end of a tounrement or when eveyone and their brother plays the same shot in league

Tropical Storm
I bought it about a month ago and haven't had any need for any other ball since. I've been bowling in two house, 3 league days a week and there hasn't been enough oil to use anything stronger. It's an awesome ball.
