A Updated Ball review spreadsheet

I've noticed that the BTM Ball review spreadsheet (balls.xls) in the FAQ's doesn't look to have been updated anytime recently.

So i've made a more updated one. It covers the balls from the January
2002 to August 2007 issues. I also added in the Box finishes for the
balls, plus some missing balls and corrected numbers.

It's a 184k zip file and has the sheet in Excel.xls and openoffice .ods
formats.
