This ball likes to bite and grab, not losing any momentum into the pocket, that is if you can keep it on the right side of the head pin. I soon found out that this ball was too much ball with the out of the box finish, so went into the pro shop and polished it up a bit, and back to the lanes. This ball has definantly impressed me on hook potential, and my track flares on this ball more than any other ball I've owned. After polishing it, it took the edge off the ball and got me hitting the pocket consistently, and finally carrying those pesky 9's I was leaving before polish.
If you've thrown the Ultimate Inferno my Brunswick, or have seen someone throw it, that is a good comparison, however I would have to give the Annihilation the award for Most Hook.
Overall, good ball out of the box if you are looking at a lake in front of you... You would need some serious oil to get it through the heads, polished, makes this ball a good league ball. You would be able to get through 3 games without having to go to something less aggressive..
Good bang for the buck for all you bangers out there...

My good friends down at Buddies Pro Shop put me into the MoRich - Total Annihilation this afternoon using an asymmetrical layout After ten games with it, I'm inclined to think they are on to something pretty special. For the record, I'm a senior bowler and average 215 - 220 on most of todays house conditions. I will confess that I've never enjoyed a high level of comfort on heavier oil but that may be changing with this new acquisition.
The drilling details are as follows:
My PAP is 4 1/8 inches and up 7/8. My track circumference is 10 1/2 inches. The pin location is 1 3/4 above the grip mid line, under the ring finger and 4 inches from PAP. The mass bias is 5 1/2 inches from PAP.
The difference I'm finding with this ball and drilling is that although it is super strong, it does not hook up too early and delivers a readable trajectory to the pocket even with my slower ball speed of 15 - 16 mph. The mistake area is definitely to the outside and this ball will certainly recover. The hit is exceptional.
Lane Conditions: Fresh oil on a synthetic surface.

Pin 5" from PAP, Over Ring Finger Mass Bias Right of thumb hole appx 45 degrees
Weight Hole in the Finger Positive Quadrant on the VAL I was worried about the pllacement of the weight hole due to the high flare ad it is flaring past the VAL at the PAP.
Mo has a good one here, The ball does not expend it's energy until it hits the ppins. And Totally Annihilates the pins.

it is not first ball out of bag,
but it rolls good hit decent
I shined it up to and shot a 270
last night you have to stay with
it if you lay off with hand will
not roll up on the end like some
dull balls
not a bad ball the colors are wild.

CG and Mass Bias kicked out to the right of the thumb hole.
Bowl on 40ft heavy oil synthetic lanes. This ball hooks like crazy on this condition. A little bit of trouble with control, but has a great coverstock and core. Best ball morich has made since collosus. Out hooks Ultimate Infernos, Killer Instincts, and Triple Xtreme.

had my TA about 2 months
pin right of ring finger and CG 30% down to right
I not for sure but shop guy said it will hook .
It suppose to be reactive acts like particle
ya it goes down fairly straight then turns up
nice and carries good, does go longer then a particle.
that was on wood house with THS medium oil
it did not use a lot but last night shot 300
after 15 games on it and seems
to roll better after a few games to track in.

Summary:
Very good and controllable ball reaction with good carry, but expires sooner than other particle shell balls.
I bought the TA to supplement an aging MoRich Mayhem, which I was very successful with. The TA goes longer than the Mayhem, but reads the back end well. Overall hook is a few boards more than the Mayhem. The TA did not carry well for about the first ten games, but after that, carry was very good. You can make all the textbook adjustments with this ball, and the reaction will be exactly what you would expect. This ball even reacted well with a good amount of carrydown, which was a pleasant surprise. Another nice feature was that the ball did not "settle down" after a few games. It hooked just as much in game 100 as it did in game one. I had at least (8) games over 270 with this ball, the best of which was 290. However, it is the controllable reaction of the ball, not the scores it produced, that made me very comfortable and confident throwing it.
The only gripe I have about the TA is its durability. I bowl 2 1/2 leagues per week. The TA nearly completely lost its reaction after about 125 games. It was almost overnight. I had the ball resurfaced and rejuvenated (which was very successful with the Mayhem). The TA was back to its old self for about six games, and then the reaction was gone once again. I will admit that I was disappointed that a $180 ball lasted me barely half the bowling season. Other particle balls in my arsenal (Track Freak, MoRich Mayhem, Brunswick Purple Monster) lasted much, much longer than the TA. However, the TA was great while it lasted.

This one arcs pretty hard to the pocket. Good for Medium-heavy oil. Good for a THS. Also did surprisingly well with a lot of friction if I just added speed and decreased the rev rate a little bit. I thought the ball would burn up, but the friction just added to the energy at the pins. Sanded with 1500 grit sand paper.

First of all, this is my first Morich ball. I've got a Seek & Destroy that's currently getting holes put in her and I'll have a review for that next. However, after using a host of Brunswick products with PK18 along with seeing a number of Total Shock & Awe's being tossed in the area, I thought this would be a great opportunity to give a Morich ball out. Picked this ball up from eBay for $84 shipped, so, even if it was a disaster, I not out too much money. Safe to say, after a few games on this ball, waste of money will not be a phrase that's used too often. I've got an Ultimate Inferno that's currently my "oiler" and didn't expect the T/A to move any more. Even after a few lines are on this ball, it has four to six more boards of overall hook with very similar drillings. Note to my UI, you're on the clock. Incredibly smooth moving ball. Very predictable, as well. Send her out with some hand and the return trip to the pocket will be rewarded with a thundering "clash". Very cool sounding ball as it drives into and through the pocket. Slow up, and you'll be faced with a penalty, as it should be, with a 4-pin/4-9 pocket hit. Fail to get out of the ball properly, and you're gonna flirt with 2-pin/dinner bucket spares. Cannot imagine throwing the ball so awfully that it fails to get back to the head pin. If I do, it's my own damned fault. This ball racts nicely to simple hand adjustments. Come around her a little bit and it seems to react like a light load particle with little over-reaction. Load up your hand and twist her up the back and here's where things get fun. A little more read off of the transition with a strong, pronounced move to the hole. I have noticed that when you execute a great shot and come up with a light mixer, the head pin has a tendency to be ejected from the left side of the pin deck at mid-blowing speeds creating some pretty evil messenger strikes. Hopefully, I'm able to spend some quality time with a camcorder and set up a vid for you. This one's a blast to throw and as much fun for those around you watching you bowl. SPECS: Pin is next my fingers with the mass bias out about 1 inch, with a weight hole
I have had 2 of these I got rid of the first when I went 15 pounds and i bought a used one about a week later from my pro shop. The ball works great on any condition except bone dry shots. I would bowled at 3 houses early in the year, house 1&2 were using heavy oil the other was using medium.
HOUSE 1&2: Heavy oil with out of bounds 10 to the ditch, I played the ball the same in both houses even though one was synthetic and the other was wood. throw over 12 at the arrows and out to about 8 board and watch the ball be patient and rev up at the very end of the oil and smash the pins would just vanish.
HOUSE 3: medium Oil synthetic this was easier to play than the first to houses about 14 at the arrows then out to about 8 and crush into the pins. On this shot I would throw a little harder to cut down on 9 pins but the ball would rev up about 4-6 feet earlier and have a more even arc into the pins.
The hit and carry with this ball is incredible I would rarely leave a split or spare conversion I didn't deserve even though ball was about 3 years old it still hit just as hard if not harder than the brand new equipment.
Overall this is ane of favorites it is sad that the ball recently died, but look at it this way it lasted 3 years longer than most high end stuff does these days
