More like the system had to catch up with the rush of orders. If you want to call it "bad business" that's your call.

not sure if i agree with it not being bad business, everyone got an email with order confirmation after paying, why was the inventory not being depleted at that point?  one should not have been allowed to order when the computer system should have shown them out of stock
