can the Nsane Levrg be used on medium to light oil i play around 2nd arrow,i have black widow pearl but it seems to hook to soon.

Nsane will be stronger than the widow pearl. Not a light oil ball unless you  have absolutely no hand. I wouldnt recommend it. Try the Mojave!

Why is it important to play the 2nd arrow?  Just curious.

So many bowlers today are playing over 13 to 20....it isn't really that hard.  It is very common with these stronger balls.  A trip to Video ball reviews will show you how many top bowlers play the lanes today.

PS if you really want to play 2nd arrow look at much lower flare potential balls....stuff in the .20 to .30 range flare less and cover fewer boards often.
Examples of these balls are the sonic series from rotogrip and the avalanches from brunswick.  There are others also.

i play 2nd arrow because for some reason i leave 7 10 splits when i play 3rd arrow.thanks for all the help.  
i have an old green faball could this be used on medium to light?
