Title: Shock and Awe for Scorpion?
Post by: Tripcee on March 04, 2012, 03:23:18 PM
I just managed to get my hands on a new Shock and Awe. My question is, for a 450 RPM, 18 mph bowler, would this work well on Scorpion? Track runs about 2" from outer edge of my middle finger's grip.

I've never practiced on the shot before, but am starting due to going to a regional tournament in May, down in Fort Sill.

I'm not for sure on my PAP, unfortunately, and still have yet to get with a pro shop staff on that, but when I get this one drilled I'll know for sure.

If you plan on bowling n a PBA event with MoRich products you may have a bit of trouble......

I've got a lot more than Morich stuff. I was just curious of how this would react with my style on the pattern. I'm going to be doing a lot of practice at different houses, plus getting a mimic of the shot laid down. It's mainly a question of curiosity and expectation.

And it looks like they switched which pattern it is going to be. It's going to be the Viper pattern. Well...At least I haven't pushed into too much practice. And I know Morich isn't in the listing for approved stuff, it's just for practicing. I'm going to practice with all of my equipment regardless, because ya never know what's going to come up in a normal sanction tournament later.
