Well, it is like this... a friend of mine (my Saturday's school coach) arrives last week with his Ravage in this condition:

-Third time drilled ball (plugged twice)
-3 in pin, 16 pounds, no info on top weight
-Ball drilled for righty, pin below the ring hole at about 4in from PAP, cg at 1.5in from PAP and mass bias like 1.5in right and below the PAP. Now, at the mass bias a weight hole of 1.5in width and 2in deep (yes, he told me it's legal)

I told my friend I think this is kind of a low track drilling from what I remember from the Mo page. As he doesn't have kind of easy access to Internet, I told him I'll confirm this. Well, yesterday at our house league I confirm this to him and five minutes after he arrives with the ball and gives it to me. He tells me the ball doesn't move for him and he didn't like it. He is a med-high revs med-high track bowler (like me) and we have almost the same span.

Now, as I can see from Morich page, the ball is close of Low Track Forward Roll Drilling for the Ravage. As I said, I have med-high track-revs, med speed. Do you Morich people recommend plugging the ball and redrilling it? I know you'll say test the ball first and see what it does for you, but appealing to your experience what would be your advice?

Today I put my green scotch brite with water to it, then a hot bath and cleaned the ball. My other question would be from here where should I take the ball? At Mo page I found it's OOB finish is High Gloss Polish. My driller uses storm polish so I would like to know what sandpaper grit he should use to wet sand the ball and what degree of polish.

Thank you for reading  and for all your comments (sorry if it was too long, but didn't want to omit anything).
