RX1 Silver vs QZ2
« on: May 28, 2011, 12:31:04 AM »
I have an original RX1 and am looking to purchase either one of these. Orange RX1 was quite a bit stronger than I expected so I was hoping someone could give me some feedback if they have both. I love the way the RX1 rolls so I am looking for a similar motion with some more length.

Haven't tried a QZ2 but have a Backdraft on the way. I can say I tried a Silver RX and it was a lot stronger then I expected. Went with a 50 x 5.25" x 50 layout(pin above ring finger) and it hooked a lot sooner and more then I was expecting. Sold it with less then 10 games.

Be good, or be good at it.

QZ2 (whether it's the blue/black or the new Backdraft) is stronger and cover more boards overall than the Orange RX1. I currently have the Silver RX1 and simply love it because of the length I get with it on the dry shots. Though both RX1 balls are very good, the silver will be longer but with a little more pop on the backend. Do you have a strong layout on your Orange RX1 and what type of surface do you have on it?
