Crimson Jackal Thoughts

Hey all,

January 10th the new pearl Crimson Jackal is releasing, i'll skip the details from the website past the reference of it being the core from the Jackal Ghost, and a new cover, that is in the family of covers that ended up on the Nuclear Forge.

Comparisons:
Nuclear Forge is a little chuggier, whether it's the core, or the cover, it just isn't as quick off the spot or quite as strong as the Crimson. This is a good thing at times because the Crimson can be pretty fast off the spot and force you in quicker.

Jackal Ghost is either a stand in same spot to same target and read earlier and strike, or a couple boards stronger than the Crimson depending on the pattern. It's very noticeable how much earlier the Ghost is.

Mythic Jackal is a little more forward at the breakpoint, and just not quite as strong in the oil. It's not arrows weaker by any means, but I don't feel like i'm worried about the Crimson seeing the spot when the Mythic occasionally would just bail downlane for me.

Use cases:
Fresh house patterns, the core slows the Crimson down enough on the fresh I can start with it and just chase the pattern in.
Transition on heavier patterns after the big balls, Jackal Ghost, Raptor Fury etc start seeing the mids too hard and get slow downlane, the Crimson is going to slot in.

So far i'm pretty impressed that I can shape the Crimson left to right as much as I can, all asymmetrical pieces for me tend to get to a too forward off the spot to have entry angle, but i've had minimal issues with just getting deeper with the Crimson.

If you have questions, i'm listening and here for it, below is a quick video I tossed together from bowling with another staffer, cheers.
