After the Trident...

A medium heavy moderate ball?? I can't imagine they would introduce another medium ball right after the GT or another heavy right after the Trident.

I feel like the Primal Rage and the Octane Burn are primed for being discontinued (not sure of their sales numbers).  I can see something between the Revolt Havoc and the Primal Rage with a goal of replacing the Primal Rage with a version of whatever that ball has (core/cover).

I am also not sure what will happen with the medium oil group.  The Forza was removed along with the Redline and replaced with just the GT.  The GT really falls in between the two so I am not sure if Motiv wants to have something smoother or more angular than it.

As for the Light-Medium group, I am not sure what to expect.  There isn't a lot of room between the Shock and the Cobra to fit another ball.  There also isn't much room on either side (smoother than the Shock and more angular than the Cobra).  Motiv could force something on the extremes, but not sure how successful that would be on a ball weak enough to be in that group.  (I would like a Venom Strike remake, but that is selfish on my part).

I'd bet on a Primal Rage replacement. Similar core if not the same and an angular reaction

I don't think the OG Rage or the Shock are going anywhere, and right now, there are "holes" in their matrix. I'd agree with the Burn, nothing about that ball stands out to me.

Yeah, that's the line I think an addition/replacement is made. With two medium oil balls released this year the medium-heavy category needs some attention. If Motiv is going by their ball chart they have a big hole in the moderate reaction column below the Trident and above the Octane Burn.

The solid version of the Trident will probably be coming down the line at some point with the Coercion HVS coverstock that the Jackal LE is getting so that would cover the smooth spot in the heavy oil category.

For a THS, the Octane Burn is a sweet ball. I would like to see that core with a stronger solid cover. The Thrash was a nice ball, but how about a solid version of the Helix SFP cover with a 3000 finish. It would be a nice ball for their medium group.

I've heard the Paranoia is very Rage like, so wouldn't it make sense to me to have that be a release. Also, not k owing the sales on the Paranoia, if they were looking to bump a ball with that kind of motion, I'd bump the Paranoia. The Primal Rage is such a recognized name now.

I see the remix being discontinued before the original.

Can agree with the burn being next.

Also...i see a new paranoia and a maybe a solid venom cobra?
