I'm seeing more and more folks asking about factory surfaces, so this will be your definitive guide to how to restore your surfaces to like new condition.
The grits used are equivalent to wet Abralon and Siaair pads available to all pro shops. The grit order used at the factory:
500
1000
2000
4000
PG Polish(If called for)
To restore your ball to box condition if heavily tracked, use 220 or 320 wet sand on 6 sides to remove surface blemishes. If it is in good shape you can skip the wet sand, and run the grits from 500 up to box surface then apply polish if needed.
Factory surfaces:
TV4: 2k/PG Polish
C51: 2k
TR2: 800
GT1: 1k/PG Polish
SR2: 2k/PG Polish
QZ2: 4k/PG Polish
QZ1P: 1k/PG Polish
QZ1R: 2k/PG Polish
RX1: 4k
RX1S: 4k/PG Polish
TX1: 1k/PG Polish
SX1: 2k/PG Polish

Thanks Justin, this is good information that I've seen people want regarding Motiv products. The Motiv balls take surface changes so well. I bought a used Cruel C51 from a guy and we did 500-4000 on a Haus and it worked great.
