Jackal Ghost review and video
« on: January 14, 2017, 09:41:22 PM »
Hi Folks.
Here is our latest ball review:
http://tamerbowling.com/motiv-jackal-ghost-bowling-ball-review/

We have 3 testers, compare to the Jackal LE and Trident, with Digitrax analysis.
You can listen to the review in the video or read it on the site.

Let us know what you think.
Don't forget to stick around to the end for "shots that didn't make the cut".

It's always refreshing when you can get a honest review from different bowlers, styles, conditions, and the missed shots, gives the review some much needed clarity.   :)

Thanks folks.  If you like the reviews, please subscribe on the site and youtube.  We've been hard at this for 8 years now, and at our own expense.  Just trying to make a difference.

Just as a side note, if I'm one of the testers (the lefty tweener), I like to update the bag until I decide if it fits in my bag more permanently.

In the video, I'm way deeper than I usually like to be but after throwing this ball, I thought to myself, why the heck not??  The way the ball was carrying, I thought I'd give it a shot in my scratch league (same THS as the test shot).
I was actually able to throw it 2 games before I got to the point I would need to get past 20 at the arrows.  Those 2 games, 226 and 247.  First game I made the mistake of not getting deep enough fast enough, hence a split after the front 4 bagger.  The rest of the leaves were all 7 pins, 3 flat and 2 ringers.  16 of 22 strikes so 73% strike percentage was pretty good, especially on a particularly tricky pair.  Two lanes play very different and while I was 4 and 2 different between the 2, the ball game the same reaction on each lane.
I know this is the Motiv board, but I threw the Ebonite Phenom Pearl we just tested in game 3 and worked perfectly as a step down to finish with another 247.  Really liked both of these balls.

These 2 balls will be hanging in the bag for a while I think.  Plus I love these shapes for tougher shots.
