Picked up my new Jackal FE's at the pro shop last night. He received 25 of them yesterday, so Motiv is shipping them out in a big way.
All the balls looked good from the 15 or so that I looked at. Pin/gc/mb were all in line. Pins were 2.5 at the shortest and 4.0 as the longest. All top weights were between 2.5 and 3.5 ounces.

Still haven't received a shipping notification yet. :(
But my confirmation email from earlier in the year was sent out towards the latter end of that process and I'm guessing it's pretty much the same order of things. Nice to hear about the pins too. Anything from 2.5 to 4 is fine with me.

Have not drilled them yet. But I probably will. I have two basic drillings that I use for everything.

They might be going out by pro shop instead of by individual customer. I submitted two of mine right away, and the third one toward the end of May, but they are all here. And I know the pro shop submitted most of his toward the end of the submission period and received all of his yesterday.
It has to save Motiv money on shipping to send them in bulk instead of one ball at a time.

Good point. From what I gather the pro shop I go to didn't sell very many Jackal or Jackal Carnage balls at all. Which isn't a huge surprise since Motiv doesn't have a particularly big presence around here... even though we're in Michigan. ;D Mostly all of the EBI brands and Storm (but not Roto Grip) at the top, with Brunswick just behind and a sprinkling of DV8.
So yeah, the shipment coming in will be pretty small and it makes sense that those with more coming in would go out first.

Any reviews / impressions on the LE yet?

Got mine from my pro shop last night. He drilled it up exactly like my Carnage. Since I had to return the Carnage, I threw the two side by side last night... the LE was stronger by a good 3 boards, but same shape/length. Excellent finish. He was just taking the lane oiler off the lane so it was fresh with no use. Not sure what kind of pattern he had out...
I'll get to throw it on league tonight...I think it'll be a great replacement for my Carnage.

Got shipping notification email yesterday. I'm sure I will be contacted when it arrives at the shop. They seem to be shipping mid-atlantic this week. I'm outside of Philly and a guy I know in the Baltimore area got his shipping email today.

ALL balls are scheduled to arrive at pro shops by the end of the month. I am in Michigan and was told they should ship today, which means they should arrive tomorrow.

I went to my pro shop yesterday and he had 24 balls just come in as I was pre ordering the Hammer Scandal Pearl. He said he would be drilling them all week.
So i guess these balls will be on ebay going for 250.00- 300.00.

Picked up my son's ball yesterday; it arrived at the shop on Tuesday. Not drilling for now since he has a Trident and Talon that pretty much has him covered for heavy oil.
