Name the new (or old) Jackal line....

I wasn't going to, but... oh well....

If they lose the legal battle
-Re-release the Jackal name to the new one and rebrand the old one "Lawbreaker"

If they win the battle
-The follow-on could be called...
Justice
LawMaker
Legal Beagle
Nah-nah-na-nah-nah

Or my personal favorite name for the new ball......

The "Jackyl:SpinMe" would be pretty awesome.  I agree on that. 

I don't throw Motiv (nothing against them really), but if they put a defiant twist to it I think that would be cool.  Something like a graphic of a Jackyl opening something resembling a 4 ball box and light emanating from it, like he's opened a present.  Tell me that wouldn't be awesome.....

Sorry Milo it's not that I don't like your suggestion, but with  the bad PR the Hammer Bad Ass received with schools, etc., I don't think a ball with the "bird salute" is going to fly.
However, I do like the Jackal Spin Me or the Jackal Redemption.
