I've gotten to see this ball in action because there is a staffer locally. Ball looks really good, seems to get through the heads a little cleaner than the original Cruel and then come off the spot stronger. I wouldn't say it hooks any less but its reaction shape is different, definitely still a strong through the midlane ball but seems a little more useable than the original Cruel based of box finishes of both.

I was going to get a Primal, but may have to wait for this to come out. I have a Cruel and love it, but could use something with more on the backend. We'll see what it looks like when Justin puts up some vids. Love the color!

Sounds like the LE is a pearl whereas the original C51 is a hybrid. I guess I'll be putting off my next purchase until I can find out more about this new beastie.

From what i've heard the LE is still a hybrid shell, just a different formulation to give it a little better length and stronger downlane motion.

That could very well be. I was just reading the desciption on the link which states "...the Black and Red Formula-5 Pearl Reactive coverstock". I noted where it says Pearl Reactive. However, in the same breath it also says it uses the Formula-5 cover. So, who knows, I guess.

Hey guys, its kinda like the recon series as you have one solid and one pearl...with the same core. This is just the same idea....just the pearl "additive" is at a much higher percentage on the LE....same core...oh, and cooler colors!

I'm in the process of trying to find out where I fit in the bowling world. I do not know my tech specs of my game, but it's all a learning process.
