Title: Primal Rage - Revolt Vengeance
Post by: TDC57 on February 28, 2015, 09:21:00 PM
Is there enough difference between these two for the Vengeance to be between the Rage and my Tribal? Need to replace my GT-1 as it's seen it's better days.

The Vengeance is a strong ball that will easily sit above both of those.

Based on Motiv's Ball Guide ( http://www.motivbowling.com/resources/ball-guide.html ) and what I have seen from other Motiv balls, I would think that the new Venom Panic would fit well between the Primal Rage and the original Tribal.

Possibly also the Octane, but for more control, the Sigma Sting would have been great if you could still find one...anxious to see if they fill this empty slot in their lineup soon.

Really? The Vengeance is stronger than the Primal Rage? BJI did not see it that way. From what I've seen the Panic may well be replacing the Tribal.

I would probably say the Vengeance and Rage are very similar in overall strength.

If you're looking for a versatile 3 ball arsenal and the Tribal is weak enough, I'd go with a Venom Shock or Sigma Sting

For me the Vengeance handled oil much better than the Rage. Much stronger over all for me
