Purple QZ1 Video and Review

Hi Everyone,

I finally got a chance to punch up my Purple QZ1 and get some video done.  Here is the link to the video:

This ball for me is very strong rolling with a small angular look on the back end.  With it's 1000 grit polished finish it reads the midlane moderately but saves energy for the backend to maintain that anglularity for better carry.  I did find that the pearlized coverstock was speed sensitive.  For the outside area that I enjoy playing I need to keep plenty of rotation if I throw the ball faster.

The continuation through the pin deck has that same look you can only get with Motiv equipment.  The carry was exceptional and I had very nice recovery with this ball.

Compared to the GT1 this ball is probably 5-7 feet longer and 3-4 boards weaker on the backend.  However the reaction shape and look are very similar!  This makes for a great 1-2 arsenal in your bag.

Looking for a house shot ball, second shift, medium length sport pattern equipment?  You just found it!

Thanks to everyone at Motiv for the great equipment!
