Problem with a Havoc
« on: April 01, 2016, 12:13:06 PM »
I just purchased a Havoc. Ball fits my specs and type of game.... Expecting good things from it... waaaay disappointed at the moment.

I am 225-250 revs, lefty, PAP 4-3/4 x 3/4 up. Ball speed 13.2 on the Brunswick system used at our house. Pin is 1/2 inch above and just left of ring, with Cg stacked (4 inch pin). Weight hole on PAP.

On a league shot, my Optimus solid (1500) hooks much more, but taps 7 all night. Havoc is prepared and laid out identically right now...

It's a clear step down at this point, but I of course expected a step up...
Think it's burning up? I'm not sure. If I really slow down, I can get it to turn at about 40 feet, so I don't think it is. I can move into the oil and pitch it out and see a little bit better reaction, but that's really just a little bump off the dry outside on the THS shot....

Thoughts?

I'm very much like you. Most of my drills are 4 X 4 x 2 or once in a while 41/2 X 4 x2 which with me being a tweener/stroker seems to fit.

Do you know what the rest of the drill pattern is?
Now throwing pretty much all flavors...
