Newbie Question
« on: December 26, 2014, 07:56:12 PM »
I am using a Primal Rage, the layout is as the attached pic.
Some questions that i would like to ask from the expert here:
1. What's the difference for drilling the pin under the middle finger and the ring finger?
2. How do u classified this layout?

Thanks.

There isn't much difference between it being under middle or under ring. The layout is calculated based off of your positive axis point (PAP)

Thanks for the reply.
Currently using Octane, Rage and Byte (least use), i was thinking of getting the new Revolt Vengeance but not too sure what drilling layout would fit my style of play.
Average score about 200, speed is relatively fast, usually will bowl in THS pattern (medium oil, i think) My octane would last me for about 5 to 6 games before i change to Rage.
Starting at the 20th board, aiming at about 8 to 10th board on the right.

Any suggestion from the expert here?

The difference is about an inch closer to your pAp being under ring vs under middle finger. It will make  symmetrical ball flare a bit more depending on how far from pap it is.
