Ebonite Demo Day

Striking Difference Pro Shop inside Hawthorn Lanes in Vernon Hills, IL is hosting an Ebonite Demo Day on Sunday, September 24, 2006.  Squad times are 12:00 Noon, 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM, and 4:30 PM.  Currently, there are openings on all squads.

Balls available to try will be The One, The Big One, Infinite One, SR300, and No Limit.

The cost is $25, which can be applied toward drilling of any ball purchased in conjunction with the event.

This is rather troubling, not the the Ebonite Demo day, but the countless complaints about Mr. Chilcutt's customer service or should I say lack thereof. I heard from 3 different bowlers in 3 different centers that Chilcutt isnt the most "cordial" guy. This has got to cost him business.

I know of 3 or 4 bowlers who decided to stop going to him because of his attitude towards customers.  The man definitely knows his stuff but his services often come with a bad attitude.  I would definitely go back to him if his attitude changed, even with his high prices. If he wants to charge the prices that he does, he should give better customer service.

This demo day has been rescheduled to November 12, 2006. Both Ebonite and Hammer products will be available on different squads for trial.
