Title: Starting a scratch league in Frankfort, Ky

Hello all, we are trying to get a fall scratch league going in my home house this fall. If we can get enough teams should be some decent pay outs. 4 person teams. If any of you guys are in this area and have an interest pm for any details you need to know.
