Attached is a copy of the mock flyer. We are getting a head start on this now since this is a brand new. Please provide me your opinions on this. We are open for any options. Please note that this is not the official flyer. I will provide the official flyer when everything is completed.

I need some opinions, as this is a work in process. Currently this is a singles and doubles tournament. To get you guys and gals to bowl, would you prefer a team event or not.

I think you should leave it as a doubles/singles tournament. Also, is there going to be a scratch division?
I did not see anything about scratch.

I noticed that on my flyer after I sent it out. There will be a scratch division too for both singles & double. We haven't decided yet on making it an optional entry and a seperate prize fund to the whole tournament, if we do then the entry fee will be paid 100% with no lineage or expenses.

TTT.

I know the season has just begun or beginning but I will have the final flyer out by the end of next week. We will be taking reservations once the flyer has been released in which payment will have to be made by 4/1/2013. Right now I'm looking for a headcount. Once the deadline comes, you will receive an e-mail (or phone call whichever you prefer) to confirm your reservation. Stay tuned for the final flyer. To the scratach bowlers, we are going to have an optional scratch division for singles and doubles in which your scores for the handicap tournament will be used in scratch. The prize for scratch will be 100% guaranteed, no lineage or expenses will be taken out.

Is there a reason you cannot bowl singles or doubles on either day?
