ATTN Bowlers close to Lancaster PA- League bowlers needed
« on: August 06, 2014, 08:17:20 PM »
Hello bowlers...I am looking for any bowlers close to Lancaster PA (York, Harrisburg, Lebanon etc....) that are interested in bowling in a Kegel Challenge league. The league is bowled at Leisure Lanes in Lancaster. I have bowled this league for about 5 years now, and have been my teams captain for 3.
5 man teams, $20/wk, handicap is 90% of last years league average which was 182. First 3 weeks averages are frozen.
League starts Aug. 20th. Practice starts at 6:10ish.

My team is looking for a 5th bowler. We lost 1 from last year bc he did not like to pay. So he was not asked back this year. There is 1 other team looking for 2 bowlers. It would be fantastic if we could fill those 3 vacants, and gain 1 more full team to void the DOE team.

Please call or text me at 717-327-0096 and I can get ahold of the league president. Or call Leisure Lanes.

This league is fun, challenging, and competitive. Too many bowlers don't want to see a low average, and do not want to challenge themselves.

Please like i said, if you want to, or know ANY bowlers who may be interested, get in touch with me.

Patterns we will be using this season are:
Boardwalk -35ft
Highway to Hell - 40ft
Route 66- 45ft
Don Carter- 50ft

Wish I lived a little closer, sounds like fun. Good luck.

Is that the place with the driving range next to it? My son did a tournament there. Nice house. I like the Lancaster themed mural.
Current bag:
DV8 Turmoil 2 Pearl
Radical Squatch hybrid
Motiv Forza GT
Hammer Black Widow Gold
DV8 Vandal
DV8 Creed Rebellion

Yes that is correct. I believe it's the only league like this over the winter, close by. It's just so hard getting people to bowl this instead of a house shot. They want everything handed to them, and don't want the "deflated ego" of not averaging 220 lol.

Same by me, not enough people that can put their ego aside. Closest to me is 1 1/2 - 2 hours depending on traffic and construction. The challenge patterns aren't that difficult but it still bugs people. I know at least at my house Easy Street plays tougher than most of the challenge because of all the friction
