Sport shot centers in North Jersey

Anyone know of centers that have either sport shot leagues or put down sport shots in northern NJ?

How'd you get that idea?

I doubt they use much oil in any league. Remember they have Brunswick's Anvillanes, the slickest lane surface currently made by a wide margin. I've seen them put out true heavy oil on a flat pattern on this surface. When they do, Robert Smith has a hard time making it hook. Of course, they don't do it often.

For the most part, their oil is always reasonable. You can nicely use medium or medium strong balls. There's always a dry outside.

The only problem at Carolier is carry; 7 and 10 pins stand up quite regularly and quite often, for everyone.

NextLevel can get a ball to "wrinkle" on most any condition, with the least amount of effort I've seen in a long time. How he gets balls drilled with a 6" pin to PAP to hook coast to coast is a mystery to us all!

Carolier is not considered "South", in NJ terms. Kind of middle of the State.
The only other one I mentioned, Howell Lanes, could be considered the start of the lower 1/3 of NJ in geographical terms, although not to southern Jerseyans.

the mini marathon is at 8:30 friday night and the new years day marathon is saturday at 12 pm.
