Why Allstarbowling is top notch.

I'm sorry guys and gals, but I have done plenty of business with allstar bowling and through 10 or so transactions, I have never had a SINGLE problem. Until now. Some stuff got mixed up and my spec sheet on file got lost.
But that's not what makes them top notch. The fact that Joe personally called me to tell me what happened and how it was getting fixed makes them top notch. Personally calling your customers to explain what happened and tell you what they are CURRENTLY doing about it is awesome. Not only is that first class, but its pure customer appreciation.
And on top of that, there prices are ridiculously cheap. Its very hard to pass up a ball 1/2 or more off the pro shop prices.

Kudos to allstarbowling, they get the thumbs up.

I've had 4 e-bay dealings with them and not a single problem. All of the balls were first quality and shipping was fast.

Thats why my buddy from Australia had tried for a week to get a response from them, it took me coming on here and asking questions not to mention calling ASB myself and never getting an answer, for my buddy to get a response....seems as though the few the proud the guys that spend $1000's of bucks there get 1st priority.......He is in business, not catering to a few select guys, you HAVE to please most, and by the looks of the guys popping out of the woodwork after my post, he is not pleasing most.... this has REPEATEDLY happened over the last few years, definately NOT a few isolated issues.

There are a ton of happy customers too.  We are trying to voice our experiences just like the complainers.  Stay out of a positive post with your negativity.

We understand and recognize there has been some issues, which is the reasoning behind the extensive changes we have put forth to eliminate such in the future.

Seeing is believing, is what I always say..........and time will tell.
