I have ordered 6 balls from them in the last couple of months and every ball has had the exact specifications that I asked for.  They are quick to confirm your order and ship.  I had a problem with the payment of one of the balls (not thru them) and they stepped up and handled it for me very quickly.  You can order from them with complete confidence.  One of the best that I have dealt with online and I will continue to use them.

Specs are guaranteed on their site, but not on their eBay listings.

I think they take their goofy spec balls and put them up for auction, I've seen some odd Pin/Top combinations.

On their site or on auction they are great with turnaround time, its just a spec crap shoot on eBay.

i've gotten pretty close specs from them off of ebay. shouldnt be a problem if you request it.  if they didnt have it they would get close.

I've placed several orders through their website over the last few months with great results. I received a tracking number within a day and my package within a few days. (I'm in MA)

I did have a small issue with one order, however it was my fault. I will say customer service was a bit small returning my email so I sent John (bowlingball) a message on this board and he took care of it right away!
