Hey everyone.  Anyone been having problems with this site.  I used to get all my grips and slugs from here, cause they were the cheapest.  However, I still have items on backorder from Jan. and Feb.  Thats B.S.  I have called and emailed them with no response.  So I am letting you all no to beware from this site, unless we find out why....Also just small orders of Vise grips, so not a unique shipment...I have recently switched to Buddies, have yet to have a problem with them....

I'm surprised.  They've been very good in the past.

Yeah, they called backed and said the order was believed to be completed.  They are sorry and will take care of my back logged items + and promissed it will never happen again.  If you order grips and slugs, this place is the best, so will try them in the future and keep you posted.  This is the slow season now, so will watch in the future...Thanks

Are they cheaper than $.95 each? Thats what Mike Cimba sells Turbo and Vise grips for and he is the cheapest around. I only buy from him for grips.

I ordered 20 grips from them received the wrong size on half the order.

I emailed back and forth they said they sent a replacement order....Never received them.

I called them, and left messages, problem was never resolved.
I gave them to my driller, I couldn't use them.

I liked using them....Now I shop around.

Follow-Up:

After posting the above, I was contacted by the new owner of Wild Octopus. He offered to make good on my order. I didn't take him up on it. I don't think he's responsible for the prior owner's debts, etc.
Seems like a good, stand-up guy.

Just thought I'd share.......
