Just completed another great transaction with Joe at All-Star Bowling. I purchased a used Hammer Vicious Particle. Fast shipping (again), but when Joe sent me the e-mail to confirm shipping he said there was a nick in the ball he did not notice so he was sending the ball freight free. I got the ball today and the nick is something that could happen the next time I throw the ball in my own bowling alley. It's not near the track, and I probably would not have complained about it. But I thought I should mention this to everybody -- a great example about how things SHOULD work in the real world -- Here's a guy trying to anticipate and treat his customers right --- You can bet I'll be back for more.

Joe had some balls out here that were NIB and leftover in his shop.
Incredible prices. He took the time to give me the specs of all available choices, explained which balls and patterns he personally liked and how they reacted. Then he made sure to calculate great shipping prices for me(actual).
Ball shipped quickly and accurately and packaged very professionally!!
The prices I got for two balls that have reviews right out of the world at this site I can't believe! Oh by the way specs were dead on!
Would I do business with this guy!!! You BET!
