Title: Anybody know where Allstarbowling-Joe is??

Last contact I had with him was on 2/22. He disappeared and has not responded to my last message which was placing a order. I know he stays busy, but he posted here the other day stating he had hired some help to keep thing caught up with online sales. Joe is truly one of the best guys to buy from online, but sometimes its such a hassle I wonder if its worth it.

I used to think highly of him but after reading how his service is bad, he needs to get his head out of somewhere. Either start conducting busines better or stop selling on here, I have bought many many balls from him but his deals are not as good as they used to be.

They have always been top notch with me.  I have bought close to 100 balls in the last year off of him with great service.  Comments like this are mostly unsubstantiated, and bandwagoned from previous posts.  If he has had 20 "bad" deals on here where he took more than 1 day to respond, then that would be less than 1 percent of his business.  Like most companies, you definitely hear more about the bad than the good.

He has gotten slow in his responses and that causes people to get really frustrated. I speak being one that deals with him alot. However, gotta wonder if the internet guys from here are truly a concern to him anymore. I have begun to seek other alternative locations to buy personally because he is hard to reach, therefore, his customer service isn't what I have come to know and expect. You can be a little higher than some but if your customer service is great, customers will gladly pay it. However, if your customer service is lacking, you can be the cheapest there is and lose customers.

Yea, ok, Because I want to see how the customer service goes for others as well to decide what I want to do? You need to grow up.

BTW: Joe just personally contacted me about our business so I am sure he has contacted others as well.

I Know for a fact that Joe is a good guy but he is swamped and has been all season. His sales have skyrocketed and has had to hire some new blood to help him out to get it done. Combine to that his recent personal loss and changes in his life and it's been quite tough one him.

He's coming around again and I expect things to be awesome once he gets caught up.....

Things will be fine here in a short order.   This is why I had
to expand payroll again because of the growth in sales.  Sometimes
after taking 3 steps forward a small step back happens before we move
10 paces forward.    I appreciate everyone thats been hanging in!

Joe has contacted me and the order should be shipped tomorrow. I will still give him another try in the future and see if he has his help worked out. I like buying from him, but he trys to do too much business at a time for the amount of people. Maybe with the extra help coming it will bring things back up to par.
