Bowlingball.com issues??

I just came here to post a big thank you to Bowlingball.com for another GREAT deal on a ball. Low price, perfect weight & specs that I requested, great product with fast FREE shipping. I'm a happy man!
But I started reading about some of the problems listed by other buyers & could hardly believe what I was reading. I purchased several balls from them in the past & have never ever had one problem.
Maybe they just got so busy in sales trying to satisfy all of the buyers because of all the great deals they just fell behind. Maybe!?
I'm sure they'll get the problems taken care of, because in my book they always have been & still are a CLASS seller!

With the statements you are making, it is making us look bad.  We have forwarded your information off to Ebonite.  We can not make them call you.  

It is my understanding that you just want to be contacted by someone from Ebonite.  I am sorry that you have not been contacted, but we can't force someone to pick up the phone.

NorCal, please let us know about your experience.  I would like to put your nerves at ease, but you do not have a profile, so it makes it a little harder to look up your order.

I have ordered from them in the past and had a good experience.  I ordered two items for my girlfriend for Christmas and it will be a split shipment.  I received tracking numbers for each.  One I am able to track, the other I am not.  This is making me a bit nervous, as it is a Christmas present.

On Edit:  Received both packages last night.  Was able to track the second shipment.  Must have been a problem on UPS' end.  Thanks bowlingball.com!

I found out some more info.  You were emailed earlier in December from Ebonite.  They accidentally sent it to qmail.com, instead of gmail.com.

That is why you haven't received it.

yes, bowlingball.com is awesome.  i've never had a problem with them.  i just received my Toxic with exact specs...15lbs, 3 1/4oz top weight, and a 3" pin!  just perfect as always with them.  keep up the good work guys!
