Title: Bowlingballmall.com
Post by: Rockbowler on February 04, 2008, 08:00:37 AM
It is a little late but better late than never. I would like to give kudos to Anne Marie Duggan for getting me a 15 lb. Conquerer. I emailed her as I said I was not sure if they still have the ball as they carry older release balls in their site. Anne Marie replied right away, took my order and emailed me a UPS tracking number and I got the ball with the promised delivery date. I will say this to all who will listen, I love Anne Marie's game and demeanor when I saw her bowling in the PWBA telecasts and my admiration for her has increased with the service I got from her website (I hear that she has a pro shop). Folks should try her site and experience for themselves this great service.

I agree. Anne Marie and Pat Duggan are great people, and excellent business people and VERY knowledgable bowling ball people. Like Buddies, they go the extra mile for you under almost every imaginable circumstance.

Anne Marie drills my balls also. I agree with everything Sixcranker said about Anne Marie. Especially where Six said....."And she remains extremely busy in that pro shop. But still manages to drill perfectly every time, at least for me".....For me too Six.

Does anyone know if they taken their website down?  I get a server error when
I enter "www.bowlingballmall.com" into the address box.

Probably just temporary. I was there a couple of days ago.

I know and that is why in my original post, I said that I saw old balls (some discontinued as you said) on their site and so I was hesitant to order online. But I emailed Anne Marie to make sure that she still has the ball I want and I was pleasantly surprised with the great service that I got.

I am not sure why their website is not updated but try emailing Anne Marie and experience for yourself the great service that she personally provides.

Why would you even want to shop there?
This site is basically out of business.
The site is way too old as they still have Ebonite Big Ones on the homepage as well as the Military Viz-a-Balls,The One, and the Columbia Action packed just arrived!
These items were discontinued over a year ago.
They still have Dyno-Thane balls on there and they are defunct.
Old Columbia Reaction Rips were gone at least 4-5 years ago and they have nothing new from Columbia.
I could go on, but why

Easy there cowboy.  No need to go all half cocked about people you don't know.  1.) They were just down temporarily.  I've been on their website several times.  2.) Just my opinion, but it looks like they specialize in the discontinued balls of each Bowling ball mfr.  Nothing wrong w/that.  It sets them apart from the other on-line dealers.  I check them several times to see if there is a discontinued or current ball that I might want, but others are out of stock.  Some of their prices might be a touch higher, but may be worth it for a NIB ball.  Not everybody wants a used single or double drilled older ball.  They are just another option for us, that's all.  So ease up.
