Not being nasty or sarcastic, but if you're asking this question, you should have or should spent the money on lessons, not a new ball that you're not sure of.

It depends on numerous variables, so get some help from someone on how to read lanes and ball reaction.
It literally could be different each day depending on all the variables affecting your ball's reaction.
On edit, a good place to start would be the pro shop or person who recommended the Twisted. Find out why they thought it would match up with your game and get their input as to a starting place each time you bowl... then be ready to adjust, which is why it's good to learn some basics about ball reaction.
We're not trying to avoid your question, it's just a bit vague since we're not on the same lane as you at the same time, etc.
