Placed a small order the weekend and received today.  Fast , but lacks communication follow through.

 Would probably use again.

I had to call for order number, and got that. Then sent a e mail early this am to find ot the tracking number and received a e mail back with tracking number FedEX that it would be delivered today.

 No biggie like Bushj311 said just thought that the communication "could" of been better is all.

 As far as I know and what I have seen on here bowling.com,  MG, & Bowlzilla are all tied together.

 One thing I will say  is bowling.com and MG are a whole lot cheaper for shipping then "buddies" when small items are ordered.

Wanted to chime in with some recent feedback.  I was shopping for a pair of shoes and emailed mgbowling last night with some questions.  When I got to work this morning, a reply was in my inbox.  I placed my order (on a pair of heavily discounted Etonics) and was emailed my fedex tracking number.  So far so good.  Just wanted to pass along when good customer service and prompt communication does happen.
