Now you just put down everyone on this site.  Do you realize that?  You have a bowling internet site but yet you make fun of bowlers.  Nice way to drum up business.  Seriously, how do you exist in life?

I put myself down. Plus My business is non existant. Moving to better things.

All I am saying is that Buddies sells 2nds. I heard 2nds are not very good. Just an opinion. I do not know how Buddies runs it's business. I really don't care. They sell at cost. They hurt Brick Shops. I know that because a Brick shop once told Me that online shops are taking food out of his mouth.

WRONG. I like Brick shops. I feel sorry for them because it is companies like Buddies that are taking food out of their mouths.

Buddies has a physical location in Fairfield, CT. Great place, great staff, Nice owners. Big Alley. As far as taking food out of mouth of the other guys, explain to me why the other guys thought my span needed to be 1/8th inch too long....and that would by why my coin is being spent at Buddies...

You can point all the fingers at online retailers all you want...There proshops trying to charge 214.99 for SST8s, sites are selling for 129-149.99. How is that almost 100 dollar overhead...

Mainly because a lot of Online retailers buy in bulk to get better pricing.

Well I hate to break it to you...you've got to pay to play and if I'm going to pay to play I'm going to go where I can save the money. Why should I drop an additional 80-100 dollars out of pocket just because the guy who could never aknowledge me when my team was murdering his team week in and week out needs to eat.... Because that's how I feel about my house's "_ _ _ Shop"

Like why should I give the guy who works there my money when he can''t show sportsmenship on the lanes? Put the 80-100 dollar issue aside. Everytime I need a hand I email Chris, and he responds almost immediately. I call, questions answered on the spot. I show up in person completely taken care of, same day. I show up at my alley on a night when they''re open, they take my equipment and I have to wait 3 weeks for a thumb plug and move/redrill. This also plays a big part in that. Service wins customers too, not just better pricing. Yeah, my shop will match the pricing but will they do as good of a job? Do they have the expertise? Will they fix it should I not feel comfortable with it? Am I going to get it in a timely manner? These are all questions that need to be beckoned as well.

News flash Boos, a lot of online retailers DON'T buy in bulk.  The do move product in higher volume, but they don't buy anything ahead of time.  They drop ship the product AFTER they have been paid for it by the consumer.  Most of the online retailers don't have anything invested except what they spent on the web site and hosting.  Many of them could be just like you, idiots sitting in their parents basement in their underwear, posting on the internet.  They DID figure out how to make money selling something they don't physically have.

As far as the OP, nothing wrong with color blems.  Nothing wrong with seconds at all really, as long as they are sold as such.  Anyone trying to sell a second as a first, now that's wrong.

Have a nice day BOWL/Boos, or whatever it is you are trying to spell with jello in your mouth.  Please get out of third grade!!

After all the crap I figured I'd chime in. These balls are advertised as color blems. When the balls arrived to us the boxes were marked as such and thus instead of returning them we thought we would list them as such. We are honest.

In regards to the last post about online inventory, we do stock nearly 750 balls in our warehouse above the store. Also, we carry nearly 300-400 shoes. It's great when people think they know our business or the business of others. Now, we dont care how any other shop or any other online store run their business and others should only concern themselves with their own business.
