I just can't say enough about Doug Sterner (DougsProShop.net).  His service is just amazing.  I've had several fantastic transactions with Doug.  He's drilled about 12 balls for me and each one feels the same.  Doug and I started e-mailing each other back and forth in early July, It took me until last week to make up my mind.  And Doug was totally helpful every step of the way.  It might sound crazy but I drove 4hours (200+ miles) to have Doug drill these balls in person.  He was, as always, super friendly and willing to talk bowling.  I had a great afternoon before loading everything up and heading home.  The poor guy kept the bowling alley open just for me!!  I've been foolish enough to sacrifice service for price.  He runs a great shop, but can't always beat the other internet prices, but he stand behind everything 100%.  Sure I can save x amount of money but where's that gonna get me if something goes wrong and there's no one to stand behind the equipment?  I could spend hours talking about his service.  I won't go to anyone else!!!

Just wish you had not shown up with 2 balls for me to drill that I have been wanted since they came out...darn you!!!! :-)

Thanks again for the props guys....in a day and age where price seems to mean everything to most people I am happy that it is my service that gains me recognition.

You make it easy for us to say nice things about you.  After all the transactions we've had, and my God the e-mails . . . yeah you are, without a doubt, top notch.

On a side note, I'll be sending out that sling blade Thursday morning.
