hmm, how did you get a good price 6lb plastic stuff from them is around 35 plus 12 to ship most shops are going to charge between 25 to 35 to drill the ball if you bring it in. so that adds up to will say 47 to get the ball to your and 30 to drill so that 77, now most shops charge 65-70 for plastic stuff drill at the store and most shops offer some type of discount to the jr bowlers 10% most ot the time. so im trying to figure out how u got a great price my math is a little shaky but i think you lost money in this deal. guess the sponsor needed a bump.

Well, I couldn't find one locally the color I wanted.  I found one from them that I liked, fast shipping (2 days) and my pro-shop is only charging me $5 to drill the ball for my daughter, so, total, shipped to my house including what i'm going to pay with drilling is $50, which with my research is not a bad deal at all.

Thanks for your pointless response, however.  Duly noted.

Also,

I'm not sure where the hatefulness is coming from, but I didn't even know they were a sponsor until after I ordered the ball from them.  I'm still trying to figure out how you would bash someone elses decision to purchase something that you had no part of.  Also, forgot to clarify that your math was very incorrect.

well i guess you are just that good, but i know that from my own experience you pay for what you get and a 5 dollar drill is a 5 dollar drill, obviously  a pro shop professional would not charge that for a brought in blank they would actually want to get paid for their work. and btw u might have saved 10 bucks or so and must be important to you, so good for you.

The driller is very reputable, however, thanks for your concern. It's probably because what he had in stock, compared to what I wanted didn't align up. Since it's for a 5 year old, drilling shouldn't be expensive at "any" pro-shop. I spend quite a bit of money there, so he's taking care of a good customer, like most good pro-shops will do.

Your argument is pathetic, at first you were worried about me over-spending my "own" money and worried about the quality of deal that I received.  Now that you know the whole story (even though you tried to comment on it before the fact), you've changed your tune to that of "you did all that to save $10" - you're not much for thinking, are you?

Short story - don't comment on stuff you have nothing to do with, especially if you're critiquing someone elses decision, as well as someone elses desire to give someone kudos.

Take care.
