I wanted to share a recent experience I had with K&R on there 3,4,5 bowling bag. On the second night using the bag, someone knocked it over at the center, the retractable handle was up, and hit the side of a counter pushing the handle in without releasing the lock. This broke off both retaining pins inside. I called K&R fully expecting to pay for a replacement part, hoping they even made one. I talked to Stewert and he told me they would cover the pins under warranty(Which I had not even sent in yet still in the mail) and send me a few extras just in case. Three days later and my bag is fixed. Stewert reminded me this bag has a 5 year warranty, and they would honor every bit of it. I highly recommend K&R bags to anyone looking for a premium bag.

KR has the best warranty out there on bags, thats for sure. They sent me a brand new handle on a bag not long ago, no questions asked..

As far as all bags having that kind of warranty, the answer is NO.. Columbia, Track and AMF bags have a 1 or 2 year warranty but you can't get parts for them like you can with KR. The entire bag has to go back in for repairs which is a PIA.. The new style Columbia bags are having tons of problems..

You can't go wrong with KR bags, high quality and they stand behind what they sell..
