Title: Look out - cheapbowlingballs + bowlingbonanza

I ordered balls thru both of these companies and my credit card was charged.  It turns out that the balls are no longer available - yet they still charged me.  I contacted each about a credit or refund - both said yes but I'm still waiting.  Now I'm waiting for my credit card company to deal with the disputed charges and get them reversed.

Very poor business practices on the part of cheapbowlingballs.com and bowlingbonanza.com - I'm sorry I ever found them on the web.

My order dates were 10/9/06 and then the next week.  I think that's way too long to process a credit card credit or issue a refund.  They never had the balls in stock and couldn't get them, yet they still put the charge thru -

Well, I've had great transactions with allstarbowling.com and with this site's tekneek - I'll stay with them in the future.
