I sent a message to bowlersdeals.com yesterday to check on payment options and have seen one thread indicating good service, but I have not received a reply. Does anybody have a different address other than their customer service address and/or other feedback before I start dealing with them?

He will get back with you. i think it took 2 days for my issue. He could have plenty of other emails to respong to before your question. It was just labor day weekend, and as well as the begining of the season. I wouldnt sweat a 24 hour wait.

I have bought a few from them with no issues. What is your questions about payment options? They are listed on the site and in check out.

I see the icons for payment options at the bottom, but I'm validating another method, hence the question. The exact content of the message is frankly none of your business. Glad you have not had a problem with them in the past, but there is no excuse for not returning an e-mail, even if the answer is no.
Problem resolved however. I gave the business to Buddies... All set.

I didn't ask for the exact content of your message, and I'm not asking now because frankly I don't care. Simply stating the obvious of what is posted on their website and through checkout since most people fail to read the obvious.

No, perhaps you misread. I never heard from bowlersdeals at all and placed the order elsewhere.

Ah, ok, misunderstood. Thought when you said that the problem was resolved, it meant that they contacted you. I guess the problem is still there, just that you took your business elsewhere.
