supergrit.com (positive feedback!)

I know they are not an online pro shop but they have bene recommended as having the cheapest prices for Abralon. That price may come at another higher cost, if my current experience holds true.

I ordered 2 types of Silicon Carbide wet/dry sandpaper, a bunch of each. What I received was not what I ordered in both cases. I sent their customer service an email on Thursday afternoon. So far, Monday evening, 7 PM, I have received no reply. I'm getting the feeling I'll have to pay return shipping for their mistake and I'll have to call them directly to get any sort of response.

Patience is sometimes rewarded. I got an email from them today, telling me they sending the right stuff and a a return label for me to return the wrong stuff. I thanked them and will say here, once again,
"It's not the mistake you make that hurts you it's how you try to fix it which will make you or break you."

I'd say Supergrit.com came through in "Buddies" fashion. Kudos to them!

Sorry to hear that, I've never had any problems with supergrit in the past. Going to make another order next week, guess I'll see.

toolpeddler is out of business now.
