well, just called them again and a girl in customer service said they would get to it today but not right now because they are processing new orders and not doing credits. The credits will get done later this afternoon or in the morning.. Same story, different day..
I have been waiting a week for my refund and could actually care less about them processing more orders.. They need to take care of the people they owe money to first, don't you think that would be good business??
I will NEVER buy anything from this company ever again, don't care how cheap..
