Wanted to say thanks to this guy for helping me and SawMill out with a transaction.

The balls were delivered in a short time and eventhough we met a glitch in the program, DW was very willing to make things right and is in the process of sewing it up right now.

Thanks again, DW....

To those of you wondering, despite him being a fellow saw-seller, drillwizard is a good guy :-)

I too wish to convey my appreciation to DW, first because he was willing to ship, and deal the money with another competitor.  It shows the credibility of DW's professionalism and willingness to satisfy a customer.  The awesome way that he and Doug are handling my transaction are commendable on both parts.  DW, you are a professional and a gentleman, and I applaud your customer service.  Please stay in touch with me, and I will say this, "I will not hesitate to deal with you again, should the situation arise.
