All Star Bowling - Bad Experience

I ordered a couple balls and a towel back in June. I received the balls, but no towel. It took me a few weeks to get a response from ASB. They said that they didn't have the towel in stock and if I wanted another one or a refund. I said just refund me for the towel. I never heard a response back for a while. I got a hold of Lane and he started looking into it when I got a response from Joe saying that they'd send the towel with a refund in the package. It's now October with no towel and no refund.

Yeah, Lane actually does respond most of the time when I PM him, however, no action is taken. Here's the PM list.

You were refunded and the grips were sent out to you.

What else should be do to handle this issue for you. We realize you did not receive the product in a timely manner and did this to show our appreciation and regret with the order.
