...The Next Thing!

Or The Big Thing?

Or you're just saying this stuff and the fact that Next is capitalized is just a mistake on your part and I'm trying to get clues from nothing .

I think one big question Phil is where will production be located?  I know there has been a lot of speculation about Brunswick.  Is there any truth to it?

Sweet! I was planning on sticking to 3G as my main company as soon as they came out. My dad is gettin' me a new ball soon and I wanted to get a Vendetta or some other Dyno-Thane for their durability, but I guess now I can wait for the first 3G release!

They bought the old Columbia 300 facility

From what I am understanding they are going to be pouring there own equipment so they will not be second in line in their production.  They are getting ready and I believe it will be very soon before we hear something on release date.

Won't the ball/balls have to be approved by USBC before they could announce a release date?

Why?

Sanctioned leagues are done for the year.

And I don't know the process, but I could see a new manufacturer submitting a ball but requesting that it not be made official until the company makes it public

Summer leagues, anyone?  The ones I bowl in are sanctioned.

Typically we find out about new releases from the approved ball lists from the USBC or the PBA.  At least the name if no other details.

Sending balls to be approved is not a lengthy process.

When Ebonite bought Columbia/Track/Dynothane/AMF, was the equipment in the
old Columbia plant sold also ? Would this meen that Global 300 would have to
bring in their own pouring and processing equipment ? Rumor here in Chicago,
is that it is just an empty building, but this guy probably dont know
what he is talking about, but hears stuff from his pro shop ball reps.
Oh well, will have to sit and wait and see the good stuff from Global300 !
