Just a quick review on the revelation. Mark just drilled this up for me this week and I have only bowled one game with. I must say that this ball can be used on any condition you may encounter. I bowled after league was over and the shot was all burned up on the old wood lanes in the house i bowl in. (they are currently replacing the wood lanes with synthetic material) The first ball I threw I left the 4 - 9. I then adjusted my feet 2 boards to the left and I had all of the room on the right side of the lane. I had an area of about 10 boards. This ball is by far the hardest hitting ball on the market. frames 2 thru 7 were all strikes. I then left a four pin and took it off the sheet for a 258. This ball is also very versatile. This ball is as advertised. Hard hitting. Keeps the pins low. and very versatile. I cannot wait to use this ball on a fresh shot. Will repost after first league match!

Dang, I've always been curious about this company and that would have been a good price.  Oh well, I guess I'll have to keep my eyes open.

Great shooting Mike!  I am loving my Revelation more and more.  I shot 791 on Sunday and followed that with a 699 on my Tuesday men's league.  I find the ball very forgiving and I am most impressed with the way it carries off-hits (light and heavy pocket shots).  I do not leave many splits and like you stated, I have a lot of room for error with this ball!

Just got the revelation yesterday, here is a few pictures of it.  Really nice bright red combined with bright and dark shades of purple.  No doubt it stands out nicely and is fairly wild looking.  The Revelation image on the ball uses a silver material with some what appears to be glitter which stands out nicely.  Looking forward to getting it drilled.  Certainly can't beat 115 dollars including shipment for a high end ball that has extremely limited production.  Its too bad because it sounds like this one might just be another great gem from Insite!

yep.. looks identical to the one I drilled up this morning.  They are a really bright red color... pretty nice looking.. something better than the typical purple/bronze/maroon colors that seem to be popular in most other releases...  I drilled mine with the pin under the ring finger (5" from pin to PAP) and the cg out with a small weight hole in thumb pos. quad.  I'm going to throw it in league tonight, so I should have a little feedback on it tomorrow.

After throwing the Revelation for a couple games (only have 2 on it now), I'm seeing they same type of reaction.  Very, very, very smooth.  No over reaction whatsoever.  Reminds me of a stronger (and little later reacting) urethane.  I started out the night playing around7 board at the arrows out to around 3 at the BP...  light hits sent messengers back and forth across the deck, flush hits pushed everything straight back.  After about the 7th frame of the first game, I tripped out a 4-9 on a shot that rolled up a little high.. made a 3 board parallel move inside and right back into it.  Seemed almost impossible to throw through the breakpoint... the ball would just start up into that smooth and heave roll.  I had better carry than normal.. I think mainly because the ball was very smooth and continuous through the pins.  I think this ball is going to be great on flatter oil conditions.  I'll post a review once I have a few more games on it.

Strapper,

Thanks for the info, I look forward to a more in-depth review!
