Too many times we only hear the negative comments about customer service. I feel that we should also give credit when they perform well.

I recently found that the S8 microfiber slide sole on my SST5 Sports was literally coming apart at the seams. The velcro part of the sole (not the shoe) was separating from the actual microfiber at the very tip of the toe.

When I called and spoke with Dexter Cust. Svc., I did not have to wait in a queue - the call was answered immediately! - and I spoke to someone who was a native English-speaking person! The short story is instead of assisting me with repair details (I was wondering what glue they used so I could glue it back together), they offered to send me a replacement sole. No questions asked.

This was a positive customer service experience for me. Thanks, Dexter!

Follow up to my original post -
Talked to Customer Svc. on the phone on the 23rd.
Received my replacement slide sole by UPS today, Dec. 29th. Considering the Holiday and the weekend, I'm very pleased with the speed of service.
Kudos to Dexter!
