InSite Revelation on sale

I have some questions about this sale.

1, How can you tell your buyers that they brought the ball for $230 and now $115, you drop the price for 50%. The people spent $230 to buy the ball is your loyal customers.

2, The ball on sale on Nov. 28, this is only 100 balls you have, but still for sale until today, you scare the pre-buyers that why the people don't buy this ball even thought 1/2 price.

For add'l info, see iPhone.

Maybe Mark Russo will give those customers who bought the ball online for $225+ some "Insight Online Bonus Bucks" like Apple did with iPhones.

are you guys serious? If you were the owner of any company why would you give money back to people jsut because they bought something at a higher price at the earlier release. It is just like the Playstation 3. People were not buying because of the price. So, like any normal company trying to make money, they dropped the price so they could get more people to buy. Thus, when more people have the product word gets around and the sales increase. Didnt you people have any bussiness classes in high school or college!?
