So will this one have a pearlized coverstock? A little confused on the description on the website.

Is their "Drive" rating equivalent to a backend rating?

Pearl cover, low Rg, low differential (.032") and it's supposed to cover medium-heavy oil. Interesting.

According to Motiv, the TX-1 is for medium to medium-heavy oil
and the SX-1 is for medium oil.

I believe it's more about breakpoint shape, as in BJI's reviews, rather than the amount of backend, as in BTM's reviews.

Saw one of there testers throw this last week.  Went longer than the tx-1 or the sx-1.  Had a more angular move at the break.

Not sure where this ball will fit but I like both of the original releases and shorter semi-dry patterns.  At least for my game anything with medium longer over medium conditions and I put them away.

If that's the case then I would think it would be for medium oil with such a low differential and flare potential.

That's a nice-looking ball. Lot of shelf appeal for that one.

The core looks like a Jaguar oil filter with a gear wrapped around it.

The appearance reminds me a lot of the Track Mean Machine.

Yeah, it does. And I really liked that ball, too.

Looks like from the website that they bumped up the release date to next Friday (April 24).
