"Aloha" reactive balls? Ever heard of them?
« on: June 04, 2010, 12:18:27 AM »
A confused question: skimming through German online pro shops, I stumbled across this here...

http://www.bowling-store.de/shop/start.php?P_203.php

Has anyone EVER heard about these? I know that the Aloha brand has been around Germany for some time with cheap and colorful polyester pieces (much like Circle's Rio balls), but these two are new to me.

What's even more confusing are the cores: the "Breeze" core looks much like a Lanemasters core (e. g. Xtreme Damage), the "Ocean" core looks like a Danger Zone core?!

Could these be Chinese rip-offs? I haven't found any other information abot these balls than this web pages, and that is definitively not much...

BTW: from the price point, these are lower-end mid-range balls.
